When will my subscription commence?

National Geographic Main Magazine (Print+ Digital)

Please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery of your first print issue. (For example, placing your order in June will start you with the August issue)


The Digital Access will be granted directly by NatGeo U.S, an automated email with the digital access account number stated will be sent to you within 4-6weeks.

National Geographic Kids

Your subscription will commence with the next month's issue

Please note that NatGeo Kids have 10 issues annually, June/July and December/January issues are combined issues. If your order is placed in June or December, you will begin with the following month's issue (August or February)

National Geographic Little Kids

NatGeo Little Kids is a bi-monthly magazine. Your subscription will typically commence with the next available issue

 

For example:

  • Placing an order in June will start you with the July/August issue

  • Placing an order in July will start you with the September/October issue

National Geographic History

NatGeo History is a bi-monthly magazine. Your subscription will typically commence with the next available issue

 

For example:

  • Placing an order in June will start you with the July/August issue

  • Placing an order in July will start you with the September/October issue

How do I access the National Geographic Online Archive/Digital Copies?

You will receive an Account Number from National Geographic within 4-6weeks. 


Use this account number to create a digital account here. Creating an account will allow you to access nationalgeographic.com content, the full online archive, and other digital benefits.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Purchasing a subscription is a one-time payment for an annual subscription. There will be no auto-deductions from your card for renewal.

For subscribers who wish to renew their subscriptions, renewal reminders will be sent to your email 1-2 months before your subscription expires.
 

I would like to change my delivery address

Please email us the following details to help us facilitate the change:

1. Magazine(s) subscribed
2. Subscriber Name
3. Old delivery address
4. New delivery address

*For National Geographic Main Magazine subscriptions, please give your address change about 2-3 months to take effect as mailing envelopes are printed in advance.

I did not receive my copy

If you did not receive your magazine copy, please email us your details as follows:

1. Magazine(s) subscribed
2. Subscriber Name

A replacement copy will be delivered within 2-4 working days if necessary upon MagEZ's discretion.
